DOMESTIC ORDERS 

Returns & Refunds:

Please be advised that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

Turnaround Time: In the case of a refund for defective items, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5-7 working days after confirmation of the defect and processing of the return.

Exchanges:

Items bought on Sale are considered final and are not eligible for exchange or return. Please ensure you review your order thoroughly before finalising your purchase.

During non-sale times:

For size exchanges, items must be returned to us  within 10 working days for domestic orders.

We will accommodate exchanges under these conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags (including the garment ribbon tag) and security straps attached.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the item until it is returned to us; we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • For quality issues, we will arrange collection within the specified working days.
  • Returned items undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet all criteria.

Liability:

We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies on our website.

For defective or damaged goods:

  • We will issue a full refund if the item has a manufacturing defect, not caused by misuse.
  • Defects must be reported immediately.
  • We will collect the defective item.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags/security strap intact.
  • All original packaging must be returned.
  • The customer covers return shipping unless the defect is on our end or the wrong product was sent.
  • Color discrepancies due to monitor settings are not our liability.
  • We are not accountable for any indirect losses, including economic, reputation, or goodwill.
  • We will refund the reasonable shipping cost for returned defective items after inspection confirmation.
