DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

 

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping for all orders across India.

Please note that as per our shipping policy, express shipping has an additional cost and all express orders need to be prepaid. Express shipping rates are based on the parcel's weight and are currently offered only in metropolitan areas.

Express shipping requests can be accepted or declined subject to product availability.

 

Delivery Time

Standard shipping orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) across India.

For express shipping, delivery is typically within 1-2 business days. If the items you ordered are out of stock, please allow extra time for us to restock. In such cases, the shipment may be delayed, we will notify you via email.

 

Tracking & Delays

After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email, enabling you to monitor the delivery status.

JulietIsDead cannot be held accountable for unforeseen shipping delays caused by bad weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance issues. In such cases, it is best to contact the courier company directly using the provided tracking number for updates.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

 

Shipping Fees

International shipping is charged at approximately $30 (INR 2,500). Custom duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer at the destination country.

Custom Duties/Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for information on potential fees.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days. Depending on the delivery location, the shipment may take longer. If an item is out of stock, a delay notification will be sent via email.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Service Delays

We are not liable for unexpected delays due to weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance. Contact the courier with your tracking number for updates.

Failed Delivery

Customer Responsibility: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-payment of customs duties, or refusal to accept the package, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery.
