Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on orders once delivered. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified by our team, a full refund will be processed for eligible defective or incorrect items only.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange on eligible orders within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused and unwashed.
• Returned with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Please note that custom-made orders and clearance pieces are not eligible for exchange.
